Proof of purchase and copy of the retailer advertised lower price is required. Retailer must have the item in stock. This guarantee does not apply to clearance prices.

Returns and Exchanges

Returning merchandise is easy and exchanges and returns are hassle-free. You don’t need to call or E-mail for authorization. Just complete the return form (or preferably a copy) on the back of your invoice and send it along with the merchandise you’re returning. Use the pre-addressed shipping label on your invoice (located on the opposite side of the Return Form). Then send your return to:

If you’ve received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please call Customer Service at 1-866-223-2764 before returning. If you’re returning through the Post Office, please have the merchandise insured.
